I/We, named above, undertake and agree to indemnify and hold blameless the ministry staff Living Vine Community Church, its pastors, and board of elders from and against any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of the activities of Living Vine Community Church as well as of any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing the church. Students 6th-12th grade, and their parents, sign up now to reserve your spot for our FREE Rock Climbing event. We will meet at Kendall Cliffs (60 Kendall Parks Road, Pennisula, Ohio, 44264). We'll hang out, climb, and have dinner. Don't miss a night of FUN, FRIENDS, and FAITH - bring a friend!
